Terms & Conditions and Booking Agreement

The session, package, extras and total price are shown in your booking summary before payment.

To reserve your date you pay a deposit of 30% of the total, with a minimum of $100 and never more than the total. The deposit is deducted from the total.

The remaining balance is paid immediately before the session begins.

The deposit is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The deposit cannot be transferred to another person or to a different service.

One ordinary reschedule is allowed if you notify the studio at least 7 days before the session. The new date is subject to availability.

Notice given less than 7 days before the session is treated as a cancellation. A new booking requires a new deposit.

Newborn sessions are reserved with the baby's due date. After the birth, the parents contact the photographer, who confirms the final session date according to the studio's availability.

This initial date adjustment has no penalty, does not require a second deposit and does not count as the ordinary reschedule.

If the studio cancels or cannot provide the service, the obligations required by applicable law will apply.

The photographer personally selects and edits the final photographs. Clients do not choose photos from a proof gallery. RAW files and unedited photos are not delivered.

Final photos are delivered in high resolution through a private gallery (My Session), accessed with a private link and an access code.

The gallery is available for 7 days from its publication. A reminder is sent 48 hours before it expires. After 7 days, access is disabled and the files are removed from the delivery storage. The studio keeps an independent backup copy for 12 months.

Additional photographs ($25 each) are offered personally by the photographer; they are not sold automatically from the gallery.

With your optional consent, the studio may use photographs from your session in its portfolio, social media and advertising. This consent is never pre-selected and you may decline it.

For children and newborns, this consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian.

By checking the acceptance box before paying, you accept this agreement electronically. No handwritten signature is required. The date, time, agreement version and the consents you selected are recorded with your booking.
