Privacy Policy

To manage your booking we collect your name, email address and phone number, the session you choose, its date and the consents you give.

Card payments are processed by Square. We never receive or store your full card number; we keep only the card brand and its last four digits for our records.

To confirm and manage your booking, send your confirmation and reminders by email, and deliver your photos.

We send a single SMS reminder 24 hours before your session only if you agree to it. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.

With your separate, optional consent, we may use photos from your session in our portfolio, social media and advertising.

Photos are stored in private storage and delivered through a private, temporary gallery. Private photos are never publicly accessible.

The delivery gallery is available for 7 days; we keep an independent backup for 12 months.

We share only what is necessary with the providers that run our service: Square (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS reminders) and our hosting and database provider.

To protect bookings and private galleries from abuse, we use an anonymous code derived from your IP address to limit repeated attempts. We do not store your IP address.

We use a cookie to remember your language and, when you open your private gallery, a cookie that keeps it open for up to 12 hours. Both are strictly necessary. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a consent, by contacting the studio.
